Attorney

 

Václav Holý founded the law firm in 2016 after many years of practice at leading Czech law firms. In his practice, he focuses on corporate law, local government, civil litigation, and hunting law. He is fluent in English and German and has a passive knowledge of French, Russian, and Spanish. He also specializes in hunting, which he practices in his free time.

Ondřej Hadáček has been working at AK Holý since 2018. In 2020, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and now works at AK Holý as a cooperating attorney.

 

His practice focuses on corporate law. Ondřej is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of French.

 

In his free time, he mainly enjoys sports.

Lukrécia Lachká graduated from a secondary vocational school specializing in nutrition and sports. In her free time, she enjoys karate, traveling, and loves animals.

Ondřej Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2024. He works as a trainee lawyer at AK Holý.

His practice focuses on commercial law.

He is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of German.

 

In his free time, he enjoys sports, mainly soccer, and also computer graphics, among other things.

Junior Attorney

 

Hana Svatá graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc in 2024. She works at AK Holý as a trainee lawyer.

In her practice, she focuses on labor law and real estate law.

​

She is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of German. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates and discovering the beauty of the mountainous countryside in northern Bohemia.

Junior Attorney

 

Jiří Malík graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2025. He works as a trainee lawyer at AK Holý.

His practice focuses on civil law, weapons law and hunting law.

He speaks fluent English and has a passive knowledge of French. In his free time, he enjoys combat sports, shooting sports and cooking.

Legal Assistant

 

Michal Bělovský works at the firm as a legal assistant. Since 2021, he has been studying at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. His hobbies include soccer and playing the guitar.

Lenka Šichová works at the firm as a legal assistant. Since 2022, she has been studying at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. Her hobbies include all kinds of sports and reading books.
