INTRODUCTION
The “AK Holy“ law firm was founded in early 2016 by Vaclav Holy, who, after several years of cooperation with major Czech law firms, decided to practice as an independent attorney.
In AK Holy we provide legal services in all fields of Czech law. We specialize in Civil, Commercial and Corporate law, Labour law, Inheritance law, Public Procurement and Bankruptcy law. We always put emphasis on providing top quality legal services and we strive to find the best solutions that really address the client´s problem and meet his particular needs.
Besides Czech we also provide legal services in full extent in English, French and Slovak language, however our lawyers are also able to communicate in most other world languages (German, Spanish and Russian).

CORPORATE LAW
We provide comprehensive legal services regarding setting up, governance and mergers of business corporations.
MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
We prepare complete documentation for transactions and perform due diligence reviews of underlaying documents.
PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
In the field of public procurement we provide legal services mainly to contracting authorities, for whom we draft tender and qualification documents and template contracts. If needed, we are able to represent the contracting authorities in proceedings before courts or administrative authorities.

Václav Holý

In 2010 Václav graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (Mgr. title), in 2012 from the University of Economics in Prague (Ing. title) and in 2008 from the Faculty of Letters of the Charles University in Prague (Bc. title). He obtained his legal expertise in major Czech law firms with international presence (CEE region). For more than 15 years of his legal career Václav has worked on a number of projects, mainly in the field of corporate law and public procurement.
He speaks fluent English and German and has passive knowledge of French, Russian and Spanish.
