In the field of public procurement we provide legal services mainly to contracting authorities, for whom we draft tender and qualification documents and template contracts. If needed, we are able to represent the contracting authorities in proceedings before courts or administrative authorities.
REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION LAW
In real estate law we provide legal services regarding property leases and transfers, including establishing and transfers of rights in rem. We also represent our clients in proceedings before building and other administrative authorities, draft the contracts for work and help our clients to effectively enforce their rights from these contracts.

In the field of labour law we provide legal services mainly in the area of termination and formation of employment relationships, drafting of internal rules and other directives of the employer. We also frequently represent employers in litigations with employees.

We provide legal services to investment groups, draft complete documentation for issues of securities under the Capital Market Business Act and we also represent our clients in proceedings before Czech National Bank.

We strive to find the best possible way to settle our clients´ disputes, both in the pre-trial negotiations and during litigation. We also have extensive experience in representing clients in arbitration proceedings before the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.

Our law firm offers legal services in the matter of divorce (by dispute or by agreement between spouses), custody of minor children (custody, child maintenance, visitation rights, approval of parent’s agreement by court, decision on important issue – residence, school) and settlement of common property of spouses. We also provide representation or counselling on international kidnapping of children by parent (illegal change of residence) or in the matter of approving legal action of the minor child by court.
BANKRUPTCY LAW
